All digital products and technical services such as website design, app development, and software solutions are non-refundable once the project has started or the deliverables have been provided.<\/p>

Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:<\/p>

  • Failure to deliver the agreed service.<\/p><\/li>

  • Unjustified delay in delivery of the product or service.<\/p><\/li>
